1. What's the price?
For a full (neck to legs) white torso I charge Dfl. 600,- If you like a special finish or if you have other wishes, please mail me. Once you have seen a sculpture, you will understand that this is not a commercial bussiness. It still is a hobby.

2. Can you make a sculpture using a photograph?
Sorry, no way. If I have no model I cannot make a mould on the body of the model (check the page's 'Gallery' and 'Information'). So please don't send me pictures of Pamela Anderson.

3. How long before a sculpture is ready?
On average it takes about three months before a sculpture is ready. The finishing is a very time consuming process.

4. Is it hard to be a model?
Most models say it was a lot easier than they expected. But keeping the same pose for half an hour is tougher than just standing for half an hour. Of course the plaster starts to harden and you feel immediately when you move a little. It's a very strange sensation being in such a suit of armour. The plaster will soon come loose and that makes it a lot easier. And: usually it takes less than half an hour.

5. Can you come and make a mould at my place?
It's possible but... I have a studio which is just right for doing this kind of thing. On top of that the moulds are carefully laid aside to harden more before I can start to use them. If they have to be transported too quickly they could easily get damaged. And in my studio I have all tools and material within reach. But if travelling is a problem for you, I will come by.

6. How do we make an appoinment?
Send me an e-mail with your wishes. You get my phone number and once we have an agreement, we set a date and you get my address. If you're not living too far from Enschede the posing can easily be done on a week night. Otherwise we go for a saturday or sunday. And if necessary I pick you up at the railway station. At the time of posing I would like to receive half of the agreed amount in advance. The other half when your sculpture is ready. And if you don't like the result, you get your money back less my eventual travel expenses.

7. Can I see my sculpture before it's ready?
If you have no objections, you can see your sculpture on my website while I am working on it. And I keep you informed by e-mail. Eventually I send you the pictures by e-mail or give you the URL of a 'hidden' web-page.

8. I would like to model. Is that OK?
Sure! Eventually send me pictures. I can use models for the sculptures which are for sale. You are never too big, skinny, fat, small, old, ugly or even worse. Everybody has something beautiful. That's what makes these sculptures so personal. They are sculptures of real people.

9. Can I watch while you're working?
Of course you can. If you bring a model and ask me to make a sculpture. In all other cases: sorry!

10. How do you get your clients?
It's different every time. Sometimes they come via my www-site but most people see a sculpture and then want one themselves. That works a lot better than seeing some pictures on the Internet.

11. I think the poses are a bit static. Can it be done in a different way?
It can be done with other poses but it's not easy. The model needs to keep that pose for a while. And it's also very important that the finished sculpture does not fall over immediately. It needs to have a stable base.

12. Your question?
If you have any questions left, please send me an e-mail. You get an asnwer as soon as possible.
